1. Introduction

Welcome to Real Estate Mastery University (“we,” “our,” “us”), a subsidiary of Fab Living Realty. We provide real estate education in compliance with Rhode Island laws. By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or using Klarna for payments, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

• Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals who meet Rhode Island’s real estate education prerequisites.
• Course Approval: Our courses fulfill the education requirements set by the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation (DBR). However, students are responsible for verifying state-specific licensing requirements.
• Access Duration: Courses must be completed within 12 months from the purchase date. Extensions may be available for a fee under our [Course Extension Policy].

3. Klarna Payment Services

• We offer Klarna as a payment method. Klarna’s services are subject to their Terms & Conditions.
• By selecting Klarna, you agree to its payment terms, including Buy Now, Pay Later or Installment Plans.
• Klarna independently handles payment approvals, installment schedules, and collections. We do not control Klarna’s decisions.
• Failure to make Klarna payments may result in late fees, additional charges, or a negative impact on your credit score.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Course Commencement:

  • Within 72 Hours Prior to Class 1: Students who cancel within 72 hours before the first class will receive a full refund minus a $25 registration fee.

• Cancellation After Class 1:

  • Within 24 Hours After Class 1: Students withdrawing within 24 hours after the first class will receive a refund minus:
    
    • A $25 registration fee.
    • A $50 materials fee for books and digital content (if received).

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Physical or Digital Books: All sales of eTextbooks and digital materials are final. Books are non-returnable.

• Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If a check refund is required, it will be mailed within 30 days after cancellation.

• No Refunds After 24 Hours of Class 1:

  • No refunds are issued after 24 hours from the first class. However, under special circumstances, students may transfer their payment to another course within six months, subject to approval.

• Course Cancellation by the University:

  • If Real Estate Mastery University cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or a course transfer option.

• Klarna-Paid Refunds:

  • If a course was purchased using Klarna, refunds will be processed through Klarna according to their policies. Any Klarna-related fees or installment changes are determined by Klarna, not us.

• Make-Up Classes On Live Classes:

  • A $40.00 fee per make-up class applies, unless a medical or work-related absence is documented.
  • No more than four classes can be waived with documentation.
  • Students have one year from the last class date to complete make-up classes.

5. Rhode Island Real Estate Course Completion Requirements

To receive certification and credit towards Rhode Island real estate licensing, students must:

• Complete 100% of the course content as required by Rhode Island law.
• Pass the final examination with the required score set by DBR regulations.
• Meet state-specific education requirements, including attendance for live courses.

6. Attendance and Conduct Policy

• Attendance: For live courses, attendance is mandatory per Rhode Island licensing rules. Absences may require a make-up session.
• Professional Conduct: Students are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive or unethical behavior may result in dismissal without a refund.

7. Course Expiration and Extensions

• Course Expiration: Online courses expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Extensions: Extensions may be available for an additional fee. Contact us for details.

8. Technical Requirements

• Internet & Device: A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required.
• System Compatibility: Students are responsible for ensuring their system meets our [Technical Requirements] before enrolling.

9. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, PDFs, and study guides, are the property of Real Estate Mastery University.
• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date real estate education. However, we do not guarantee licensing approval, exam success, or employment.
• We are not responsible for Klarna payment disputes. Students must contact Klarna for resolution.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
